Background
Our client required a new wash bay installed to assist in day to day site operations. PKB through the YardHub offering came up with a solution to improve on the existing designs previously installed. Scope included breaking out the existing slab, removal of material offsite, construction of new concrete chamber, ducting and connections, new concrete slabs and installation of perimeter cladding.
Outcome
PKB met the clients needs on time and in budget. Our client had a keen eye for quality and we have the systems to match, we built a project specific ITP to have certain hold points where we could collaboratively check quality and ensure our standards. This was reported onsite via our Procore system and gave the entire project visibility on programme, quality and progress.
